Additional Information:
- first, i saw a verified paypal thread by ryze, so i joined the server to buy, that was on (23mars 2021),  i asked them few questions like if the account are really strong and will not get limited (https://i.ibb.co/n0LksMB/2a.png) they clearly said "no" and said none of our customers had their accounts blocked. the next day (24mars 2021) i paid and i received my account, after the first payment received it limited and that was on the same day i bought on then i reported that on the same day, they asked if i am using autoshop i said yes then they said "we dont advice our customers to use it on autoshop", but they never told me about that, none of the server channels talking about that even the thread of sale, so there is nothing saying dont use autoshop, if they told me that i cant use autoshop i wasn't bought from the first time because my main work is autoshop (they already told me it wont limited but it limited on the same day with the first payment), then they offered a replacement i said "that will be ok if you are sure it won't limited again" (there is no more screenshots for the  conversation1 after that because they closed the ticket randomly will talk about that later, i was lucky to capture the previous screenshots of conversation1) after that they just was trying to waste more time like saying we dont advice to use autoshop and like delaying to reply on my ticket while i see them talking in chat, after 5days when i bought (29mars 2021) they added a TOS channel trying to use a tos that wasnt exist when i bought againest me (https://i.ibb.co/H7BLwWQ/tos.png) and then they come back to my ticket and said its not out fault you need to check tos, then randomly on (30mars 2021) they closed my ticket thinking that i am gonna just leave and forget about that.
- the next day  (31mars 2021) i opened a new ticket (conversation 2), i asked for solution they was acting like they dont know anything, then after few messages they start talking about tos, (just to make things clear, when i bought on 24mars 2021 the tos wasn't even exist, nothing on the server and even the thread of sale, so the tos added too late after 5days, so they cant add tos saying "we dont advice to use autoshop" after 5days and the problem was already happen on same day when i bought on 24mar that does not make any sense, they should advice that on the same day that i bought on), he just keep talking about tos again and again and saying we advice our customers to not use autoshop and that a lie he never told me that, then he told me that i did not ask him about that https://i.ibb.co/smJMhS4/5.png (to make things clear, if he selling paypal accounts cant be used for something he sould advice that so the customers will know before buying, not the customer need to guess the disadvantage of that acc) after that he was just trying to waste more time and saying the same words again and again and refuse to refund me, then i said in the normal chat that my account got limited so other users also talked about that https://i.ibb.co/FsrSDBy/chat.png then he closed the chat so no one will know what happening then after a while he maked annouce saying the service closed https://i.ibb.co/9Ycssy9/announce.png so he was trying to quit ,until i told him i will open a scam report he said i will refund as you can see here https://prnt.sc/1133zww , the logic of refund is he need to refund the same amount of money on the same addy he received money from but he told me i cant refund you on your addy because fees are high and i need to open binance wallet i said that i dont use that wallet and he need to refund on the same source he received money from, after that he again told me he's not suposed to refund me and he sent capture of that bullshit tos again https://i.ibb.co/xswGBw6/11.png, after that he was just doing random things like taging me and then just not say anything after that he stopped replying https://i.ibb.co/1mrSqv4/12.png until i told him i am really serious and i will open scam report  he told me again he will refund i was trying to be nice and i opened that wallet but the fees there is too high (30$ fees) so later when i want to send that 15$ to someone i need to pay 30$ fees and that does not make any sense he sould refund the money on the same source he received from i dont care.
- he's selling trash accounts fresh created and saying it wont limited but it limited after the first payment i received
- adding tos later trying to use them againest me
- trying to make excuse just to not refund me
- the account wasn't verified with ID as they said https://i.ibb.co/3Yj6SM3/3ae.png because it asked me to send ID in the limitation page, so this was a lie
- closing the chat trying to hide the fact that their accounts are really fast to get limited
so they just trying to sell their crap accounts by any way.
