Absolute worst boxing service ever paid for!
March 26th - Purchased two services: 1 FTIDV3 and 1 LIT.
April 4th - FTIDV3 turned LIT || Requested redrop the same day (April 4th).
April 8th - Redrop of FTIDV3 is done.
April 11th - LIT was delivered !!!!!
April 12th - FTIDV3 turned LIT AGAIN !!!
Requested redrop AGAIN on April 14th, they said the same nonsense as always "I've asked our team to redrop it, it should be done soon."
April 25th and they still haven't done the DROP!!! I demanded a refund to the wallet because I don't want the money in the balance since the balance money is worthless to me if they can't fulfill my service.
April 29th - they came up with the "TOS" conversation that they can't refund to the wallet. I ignored it and thought "Well, I'll try to make 2 orders again, with 2 new labels, new addresses, everything new."
May 3rd - I create the 2 orders, which until today, May 27th, have not been dropped, and the support always had the same typical copy paste response "I've asked our team to redrop it, it should be done soon." I said I wanted the refund to my wallet and not to the balance, said I was right, and made me waste time saying "wait for the owner's response by the end of the week," and when he finally gives me a response, he says "the refunds will be made today" I ask if it's for the balance or wallet, he simply responds as if he didn't know about the situation and says "balance." I've been stuck in a loop for 2 months with this horrible service.
I don't care about the TOS. If you don't deliver the promised service and keep my money without even providing the service, it's a SCAM.
