Yes it was removed because I didn't scam him and it was a false allegation as I was about to pay him back but he didn't tell me his BTC addy.

Also, this transaction took place OUTSIDE of Cracked.to and BEFORE I even had an account here - also it's related to GAMBLING SERVICE which is prohibited here so the report is invalid.

Also he sent his money to me for a GAMBLING service - if he lost it, it's his own lookout lmao it's common sense that there's a possibility to lose money with a gambling service. I was doing a favour by refunding, I'm not sure what I "scammed"?

You think I can remember the exact message I deleted from him - I obviously assumed it was his fraudulent dealings message because I forgot he even said anything about the script. Why would I leave MY response to it there but delete HIS original message - I deleted as many of his messages as I could once he was banned for fraudlent dealings, hence why I had to upload such an old screenshot.

Today is the first day he has contacted me to give me his BTC address, all he had to do was add me but instead he opened a scam report. Use your brain I did not block him once, I TOLD him every time he contacted me yes you are getting your money, then I finally ASKED HIM FOR HIS BTC ADDY and he did not respond. Why would he not add me? He was obviously AFK for 8 days because you can see in his screenshot today is the FIRST DAY he has messaged me since then.

If the scam report was being monitored by Darkness or KSZ you would have been perma banned, from the warning points, so would I. lets just stop.

I'd rather be banned for defending someone who got scammed than keep quiet.

And : Look, what happened was that Rayquaza was random, so it was easy for him to scam me, and now he started selling shit on cracked.to and he is making profits ... And since he is now making profits, he is already afraid of being banned . The scam reporting system sucks because they say "ban or refund," he scammedd me over, and now that he's successful, he doesn't want to be banned anymore because he has money and he can refund me and keep earning more, but as soon as he gets the hell out of again, scam again and maybe more. And I think you might as well know this, let's stop being silly and ban this fucking scammer, I don't want a damn refund, this user scammed on me and I shouldn't be here. @Darkness last thing I'm going to say - the deal took place BEFORE I had an account here as you can see by the timestamps, he sent me money for a GAMBLING service in which he never responded his BTC address for me to send the payment to, and within the timeframe of him not responding he was banned from the server for allegedly scamming and promoting fraudulent activities such as CashApp transfers which is against our server rules, which is why he couldn't send me a message (8 days later) when he wanted the money. He could have added me and I would have sent it. The scam report should be invalid since it's completely unrelated to this forum.

@Rayquaza How is that unrelated to this forum? If you have scammed somewhere else do you think we can just let it go? Also if someone doesn't responds to you, does it mean that it's your money? Even if the gambling services are not allowed in here, you can't just take someones money and run away. It's fine that you've banned him off your server if he broke your rules in it. However you can't just take someones money just because you think they're going to scam someone. You have 24hrs to pay him.

I didn't think he was going to scam and I didn't run away, he did scam and I wasn't making the first effort to contact a scammer to pay him back after he stole money from someone in my server. But I am not refusing to pay him back he just will not give me his bitcoin address. I didnt take his money, he just never contacted me back after asking for the address to send it to and I forgot about it. You can see that today is the first day he has messaged me about it and I am fully willing to pay him the money.
