Additional Information: I texted both the telegram support and him on private messages here on the forum, never got a reply. They only replied to my previous report here on the forum (mark as solved by staff), declaring that their TOS say they have up to 7 days to deliver the account. 7 days have passed and as expected I didn't receive anything yet. Order placed September 23th, TOS EXPIRED THIS TIME. I want to be fully refunded.

First off, I apologize for the lack of response on Telegram. We’re aware that support has been slow there and we’re actively working on improving our communication and response times across all platforms.

Just to clarify, the TOS clearly states 7 business days, as most platforms don’t process verifications or deliveries over the weekend. Since your order was placed on September 23rd, the 7 business day window expires on October 2nd.
 
I’ve already asked the worker to expedite the delivery, and the account should be delivered by tomorrow.
 @Pingeel free to keep the DD open until October 2nd. If the product is not delivered by then, I will issue a full refund.
