Additional Information: Seller claimed account had 2FA on it, I offered a refund or replacement if he left a vouch on my sales thread, user was toxic and said he would leave a vouch once he received the replacement or refund. 5 minutes later we are still arguing on what comes first, his refund or replacement, or the vouch, soon after he leaves a negative feedback on my Shoppy, I agree to refund if he does what is asked of him, he ends up blocking me a like a scumbag he is after I refund.
