Additional Information: They removed the Billing Method, when I opened a ticket... no action taken. One admin had already blocked me and other did it as soon as I contacted him.

The Warrenty was 1 year. But it hasn't even been a month. I need a refund.

Edit: Just wanted to add that, I left their discord server after DomeQ#0001 blocked me. (Their staff member... )
Lightereq#0001 blocked me much earlier.


Edit: A little overview:

I opened a ticket to solve the problem as well on their official discord server. But when one of their team mates "DomeQ" message me. and block I just leave the server and report them. 
I had contacted Lightreq#0001, but I was blocked. 

Then OP sent me a message from their another account and resolved the problem just a few minutes before!
