Additional Information:
I did this transaction with Lucas as MM. Less than 24 hours after lucas released the money, the panel has already stopped working.
I’ve asked a replacement since it was on schedule (1 month warranty). He gave me a replacement after 24hours but it didn’t worked.
After this, I opened the first scam report. He provided me another replacement (staffit123:staffit123), I tried to login but error.
I sent all the proof to Lucas (videos where I try to access to the panel with copy-pasting user and password.
He provided me another replacement and it worked for 2 days. I needed another scans, I tried to login and it says “error”, so I wrote in the escrow group. He gave me an US replacement instead of an Italian panel. Why should I need a US panel if I bought from him an Italian panel?
It's like if I buy Netflix account and he replace me with amazon prime video acc.
I wrote to Lucas and he sent in the group “he doesn't need US, just italy”. It's been 33 hours since he provided me with the US replacement.
Honestly I got tired of this situation, he gave me substitutions not working or in this last case, of another country.
Since lucas said this: “if he's unable to replace, he should refund. Of course”
I’m here to asking and pretending a refund, not 100% because it would be incorrect since when i got the panels working i used them, But I want at least a 80% refund. I don't want any other replacement, I'm fed up with this situation and I want to close it.
