 We engaged with @Hutsom based on his assurance that accounts requiring KYC verification could be easily reverified and remain stable. One account was successfully verified, but it was restricted in less than 24 hours, rendering it unusable. Despite promising a replacement, @Hutsom has failed to deliver and has left us constantly chasing him for updates. All is on the screenshots and our conversations. We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with @Hutsom to avoid similar issues.
