Additional Information: 
01. Purchased a Mellow Mushroom Giftcard from karma.atshop.io.
02. No method or Instruction on "how to redeem" was specified in the site.
03. Tried to add giftcard at website, but since it asked for a PIN (which was not provided at purchase), added the giftcard to StoCard and tried to redeem it.
04. At checkout in-store, was informed the giftcard had Zero balance.
05. Contacted Seller for support, he wants me to "prove" him, it has Zero balance, after I tell him StoCard does not show "balance" and that the site asks for a PIN. Refuses to offer support and says "prove me it has Zero balance".
06. Purchased x2 Chick-fil-A which is supposedly "full account take over" but upon logging in, both accounts have incorrect passwords and hence would not login. No support.
