Additional Information: This guy is the biggest manipulator ever. He is a TOTAL SCAM and BS. He was so kind and nice replying fast and doing everything good. He created the design in Figma then he started "coding" the website. It came out HORRIBLE, it's not mobile responsive, buttons don't work, blurred images and icons everywhere, the whole website is like 4:3 csgo stretched, it looks like SHIT. He was the one telling me to make it in Code instead of Wix because this is professional and what not and at the end he didnt even deliver me proper working website. This guy is 100% Scam.
He USED TON of exuces, first he said it's his country day then he say he is coming back from vacation, then he says no electricity.. After I paid him the 2nd installment of $225 he stopped replying at all, I had to follow up every day.
Then at the end he told me you just want money the website is fine..

100% SCAMMER. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK WITH HIM FOR ANYHING.

Hello Everyone.

I'll start from the Payment to Code and to other things, first I've take payment of 50% like I've in my TOS. I've sent the TOS to him which I've attatched on discord channel, I've forwarded him the text also attatched the screenshot: prove: https://imgur.com/1ApEkTO which is mentoined on number 

1. The payment is being made 50% upfront we start with the design what we send in figma link (or image), after we finish the design and start coding after that can be only text and simple changes, then after we finish you'll have image but not documents. After paying 100% you'll get all.
   

Second thing, I've finished coding, the website was looking good from the browser then when we joined on website on hosting the mobile version was not looking good, then I've confirmed the bugs and I've fixed all of them. The website is fully working now, the only thing he is mad because I think he is reselling the service. 
The messages he sends me he is saying it's looking stretched etc, which I've said always to him look at design confirm then we start coding, not only to him I say always to all of my clients. He confirmed now he is saying the website looks stretched, I've used all fonts, all images, all colors, all backgrounds like it's on figma. He is trying to get files and now he just want to get the money too. 

I've left all comments all designs on figma link, he has checked with his customers and then he said to me let's make it live: screenshot: https://imgur.com/fE9ygD6.

For the delay of the project he has taken design work for 5 days or something like that, maybe and 7 days. Usually I do the design for 1-2 days and other days for coding. Also I've mentoined they've 1 month maintenance for all the bugs and problems he has on this project also he said no need to hurry or to worry we need functionally website, evidence: https://imgur.com/Bos793G.

Saving his clients privacy I'll not share here the website or figma link, but if here my clients worry about I'm scamming people if the admins allow I'll share and here. The website is fully done, and fully functional. I'll send the admins video from PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile.

Hello admins,

BIG OBJECTION: THIS GUY IS THE BEST MANIPULATOR AND LIAR I HAVE EVER SEEN. 
 First of all, we agreed that the website will be done in 1-2 weeks, okay I agree that I've maybe added 2-3 days, even make it a week to confirm everything on the Figma design. Today's date is January 3rd 2025, that's 40 days (1.2 month) since I paid him. Is it ALL my fault? Or is it HIS fault that he lied to me every day and that he made up excuses like country's day, no electricity, coming home from vacation..etc etc. This means the project is still NOT fnished and it's been 3+ weeks additional time WASTED and getting lied every day.

I have messaged him TONS of times asking for updates, explaining him what needs to be edited on the website but no man this guy is unbelivable. He just comes up with excuses and at the end when I asked for partial refund he told me I'm retarded guy that just wants money and is NOW OFFENDING ME of wanting the website for free?! WHAT! I guess offending the other person is the best way to protect your guilty ass. Isn't it?

Second of all, the website is TERRIBLE. He either doesn't know how to code or he hired some indian guy (respectfully) to code it for 10 bucks.

He told me that if I pay $100 to some cheap guy I will get burned ("cheap soup burns the mouth" in his albanian language) and promised me that if I pay him the website will be so professional that it will even increase the conversion rate making it get more sales/leads. 

The website looks terrible. The texts are stretched, the icons are blurry, lines, images all of that is blurry. Animations don't work properly, the website is NOT mobile optimized. The website does NOT have proper margins set, the whole footer is horor, not even single thing is centered. When you open the website on phone it's zoomed in like Im looking at pdf file. the FAQ section is not working properly. There is SO MUCH WRONG about this. This website will fail this business if it ever came live. It's HORRIBLE. 


I politely asked him couple of times to refund me 50% of the payments. I am a fair person and I want him to get paid for the design he made in Figma. And he needs to refund me 50% because he didn't bring website to code professinally and in a timely manner as agreed and promised by him. He broke all his promises.

i dont want to hurt anyones reputation , I respect everyones work but he obviously can't deliver the website, he only delivered the design in Figma which I am willing to pay $225 for (50% of the payment) and I demand the rest  50%. to be refunded to me. I already found developers who can bring the figma to live in a professional and timely manner.

I work on websites for many years and this is the worst experience I had. If you want this forum to remain a good place for people to look for services this should be fixed IMO.
 
He also asked me for API (for live chat) but did not make the live chat with my API, neither the forms, none of that is working.

I can talk about this all day, there is nothing that makes him right.
