Additional Information: he want btc and my customer want paypal so we deal to exchange he said he will not o first since my repo is like 16 and he has more after couple of minutes i send 24$ to he's wallet as we deal i give hem paypal email and he said wait until 1 confirm on blockchain we wait more than 2h then its confirmed then he said k i will send i send hem email second time to verify it and he said ok and the he goes offline and never replied he didn't send anything ! btw the paypal email is the same and i got screenshot from a customer its the same
