Additional Information: As you can read he first promised the account delivery in 1 day. Order placed on 26th Sept, nor the account nor the refund I'm asking for, because I was clear I don't want to wait more time than this.  I've waited even too long for an unreliable seller who only responds when threatened to be reported and who promises things he doesn't keep.
