Additional Information: I bought Qonto bank 26.10. from this guy. He has vouches with delivery time under 2 hours so i thought everything will be okay. Before i paid the seller replied in a seconds, after i paid everything has changed. His first expected delivery time was 27.10. morning time, he replied in the evening that he has a lot of orders, another day i spammed him a little bit and he also told me that this day is the delivery. (29.10) From this date, no response from him, nothing. Im spamming him everyday 2x-3x and no response.
