Additional Information: I tried to cooperate with the seller but he insisted on arranging another VPN. I mean, I bought SurfShark from him just because it works best for me (not to mention I even have other popular VPNs in my collection as well tho). There are thousands of sellers out there selling other VPNs why didn't I buy other products from them then? I bought this account with a LIFETIME warranty, if he's unable to arrange a replacement for me then he should refund the money instead of offering me to use other VPNs. I know why and which VPN I only want, there are a lot of reasons for that. I cannot buy and am not even interested in others. I even offered him another option which he got offended on...
