Additional Information: I bought 1 OF account with $200 balance, he didn't had it and offered 2x100, I said ok to make it easier, one worked, the other worked for LITERALLY 10 minutes, couldn't do shit, says it's my fault

You should know how to use this accounts, it's not my fault because you do not know.
If you do not know about, it you should learn some methods / buy.
You can dowland easy some content but, if you cannot assume the accounts do not have warranty that's not my fault.

Bruh just said, you can change pass from account that will make the owner of account to stay more to get his account back.
This account's are cracked / carded not made with giftcards to have warranty lifetime.
Note : After 1 purchase / log in doesn't metter if you have residential proxies or not the owner have a notification on his mail with the ip. The owner can change pass after that and remove it. You need to assume, you have ''no warranty'' at accounts, says clearly in description. If you do not know how to use  this accounts, how to do not get fast pass changed that's not my fault.
In my opinion this scam report it's'useless.
