Additional Information: I bought an N26 bank account from this seller on VMOSCloud on the evening of March 5. I had the deal confirmed here on Cracked via private message beforehand, because some sellers like to later claim it wasn’t them on Telegram. Since then, he has only been stalling me. Most recently, he said he would send me a screenshot showing that N26 had asked for a Tax ID, but since then I’ve just been ignored.
I want my money back and I do not want the account anymore.

N26 verification is advertised as an automatic process. Even in your own screenshot, it clearly states that verification takes less than 10 minutes. While I understand that manual verification may take longer in cases involving poor-quality documents, a delay of 7 days is completely unreasonable and does not match what was promised.
You also stated, “I can deliver fast,” which further created the clear expectation that this would be handled quickly. That did not happen.
In addition, communication from your side has been inadequate. You stopped replying, and in your previous message you mentioned the Tax ID and said you would send a screenshot, but nothing was ever provided.
As already stated in my post, I am requesting a refund. The service was not delivered within the timeframe presented, and your communication has been incomplete and misleading. This refund request is fully justified.
