Additional Information: Well, at this point i believe he is playing dumb and i've seen his recent feedbacks and it seems he has been having issues with several clients. He is a recent owner of the business i think, because i have been dealing with this store for over a year and recall something being said of it having a possible new owner, i found weird the part of upgrading the family plan every 3 months because it has never happened before. I'd like to get a refund for the time not used or the upgrade for the 9 months left.
