Immediately after purchase, I discovered that the account provided to me was non-functional. I could not access the TV2 Play services that I paid for.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:Immediate Contact via Shoppy.gg: I contacted the seller directly through Shoppy.gg on the same day of the purchase to report the issue. The seller did not resolve the issue but instead instructed me to contact them on Sellpass.Contact on Sellpass (25 days ago): Following the seller's instructions, I contacted them on Sellpass. On 12th March, the seller advised me to reach out to them via Telegram for further assistance.Further Communication on Telegram: Upon contacting the seller on Telegram, they once again directed me back to Sellpass without addressing the non-functional account issue.
Current Status: The seller has ceased communication on Telegram and has not provided any assistance or a working account. My attempts to reach out on Sellpass have also been ignored.
Impact:I have been unable to access the TV2 Play services that I paid for.The seller has provided no support or resolution despite multiple attempts to contact them through various channels.I am seeking a complete refund as the product was never delivered as promised.Requested
