Additional Information:   i bought from him spotify upgrade once and it still work and its good ... next i talk to him about netflix upgrade he said he sell for reseller with special price we negociate and the last price is 25 $ each yearly upgrade ... i hesitate first but than i paid him all the amount and he start doing some upgrade for me with TELIA Method and it was unstable at all he did 6 accounts 3 of them down ... and later he told me he want raise price to 2800 $ to do them with sky .. i told him if he can do 89 accounts only as its laready paid and i didnt get them .. he told me to speak with his partner and i think its his second tg .. so he refuse and i demend refund bcz he said it too .. i have one day waiting for it he ignore my messages and didnt answer me .. he said yesterday i will get it but still wating and i need solution ..

PS : the bad thing is how service like this try to scam maybe or ignore ppl ... i paid him and i wait him 3 days he cant find solution and he refuse do others with telia as its unstable and other methods is geo .. but even for refund he didnt answer me ...

I think admins of cracked should make new rules on marketplace and dont let anyone put new service and start selling and after while scam ppl 
this guy have only 9 month or so since he has his service and there is some sellers ( friends of him make good comments and feedback ) and after that all will scam ppl 
i need accounts this is why i paid huge amounts and he scam me this idiot but check his profils and his service u will find other seller make recommendation and put fake feedback so i think marketplace  should be clean from those scammers .
