In the shoutbox bottom right corner there is an emoji icon which when clicked brings up a selection of emojis. But if you open SB on a separate browser tab (link: https://cracked.sh/shoutbox.php ), the emoji icon is broken.

I have tried on different operating systems. Maybe it does not work on the specific browser.

Wait for the entire page to load, you see that the page is still loading and doesn't allow to use javascript.
