Revoke threads approval bypass for upgraded users

Upgraded users shouldn't be able to post anything they want in the sections that require approval, as they are often the reason many others get infected.
I'm also quite sure spreaders are buying upgrades because they know their threads won't need to be approved, and they won't get banned as fast as regular users.

Something will help, it's called thread approval. You don't need to use sandboxes if threads don't even get approved.

It's already a thing everywhere people post tools, but people can still upgrade or use stolen upgraded accounts to spread.
