Hey there, I know what your thinking, you can't refund gift cards, but I have seen a number of people that refund gift cards from walmart (they cant refund walmart gift cards but gift cards from walmart (visa and psn and stuff) I dont know how and I cant find out how, they have lots and lots of vouches, does anyone know how they do this? they say it's a private method.
