Additional Information: It's not exactly a scam report but it's just to get him to respond because it has been 2 days and a half for just an account upgrade, He was active twice and he completely ignored me without answering, I had to open a scam report to get him to respond.

Crypto address for a refund: Paid with PayPal, Don't need a refund, Just the upgrade.
