Additional Information: I deposited €10 on the guy's site (coolrdp.com) (https://postimg.cc/nCcV2rWG) and used the €5 for deploying one server. However, I got an error 'Unable to read serviceId from API response.' (https://postimg.cc/3W23Ypsy)
I have already contacted customer support via chat and email, but until today, 3 days after deploying, I still get the error and have not received a reply.
I just need a full refund of €10 to my address.
