@Alex he’s causing me issues again and I honestly don’t feel safe returning the account directly to him. The account is in the exact same condition as shown in the video I sent you. As we discussed before i wasn’t able to receive a single payment because the account was flagged from the start would you be willing to act as an escrow? I’m asking for $200 to be held in escrow and I can transfer full access to you during the process he’s also offering a replacement account which I’m not interested in that actually raises my suspicion that he may be trying to avoid issuing the refund i don’t want another account i just want the agreed $200 refund please help resolve this as I don’t feel comfortable or protected handling this directly with him

@Alex brother what's going on you tell him already to provide account details to me. why he scared ? if he uses account it's means account are good when i do deliver after uses on csm it's now unusable. it's not my condition you know that already i provided all proof

I did not send any incomplete or missing information. Everything has been fully transparent from my side. You’re trying to avoid refunding me by suggesting there was “activity” on the account. Of course there was activity I had to log in and out and attempt to use the PayPal account you provided. That does not change anything. There are no real transactions on the account. Not a single transaction over $5. There is one $2 transaction and another $2 test transaction which you yourself recommended. The only other action I took was swapping the existing balance from PYUSD back to balance. That’s it. Everything is documented. There is no missing information. I don’t understand why you’re trying to misrepresent the situation to Alex again.
You already have my TRC address. Please issue the $200 refund and take the PayPal account back. Let’s resolve this properly and stop going in circles.

He’s trying to manipulate the situation again by pointing at irrelevant actions like the $2 test transaction or swapping PYUSD to balance as if that changes anythingt hose actions were minimal transparent and either recommended or necessary to test whether the account was functional a $2 test transaction and converting existing balance do not damage or alter the account in any meaningful way the core issue remains the same the account was flagged from the beginning and I was unable to receive a single real payment above 5$. That is the reason for the refund request not these minor actions he’s now trying to use as an excuse this feels like an attempt to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility everything has been documented clearly from my side.

hello sir please provide account info first i will check then if all ok i will do refund now i just say if you do any transaction from your side i did't take any responsibility because i clear the tos before buying
