Additional Information:
I've bought the amazon mentorship for 499Euro on his sellpass. Nothing was delivered because hoodpay said the payment is underpaid. I've checked and there are missing 4 Euros. I've then contacted Santa as you can see on the screenshots. Until today i've never received anything and i don't want receive it anymore. Refund the order.

tbh not santa's fault. hoodpay was recently bought by sellpass and the payments are tweaking. just use coinbase commerce in the future to avoid problems like this
