i wanted to buy a card 'telda' from him
asked if it worked on microsoft he said he did not know
i told him if he would do 60 i would talk to my partner 
he told told me to confirm on site 
i told him that i would buy at 60 if he tried it on microsoft and it worked (the card telda is free to make and it is free to try and bind the card on microsoft)
he began calling me low iq for suggesting i would not buy it if it did not work on microsoft (not to mention i would of had to contact him on every transaction because it has 3ds)
he kept bad wording so i blocked him hence why the chat is gone because i have been dealing with a lot of vbucks deals lately on telegram and i cannot handle him spamming me

he opened this dd because i insulted him back and because me and moth neg repped him for wasting our time no deal was ever done no money exchanged no accounts exchanged
@Moth has nothing to do with this other than leaving a neg rep because me and him were on call on i complained that he was just a timewaster i did not tell him to neg rep him he just did

please close this and he should at least get temp banned for a week because of wronfully opening a dd ruining business and reporting my telegram and getting it ratelimited

1- It was a request regarding Telda - ETC - banking accounts

2- When he talked to me about the list he wanted, I told him I could create a telda account Then he talked to me about the card, the daily and monthly limits in both Egyptian and dollar currencies And I answered these questions Then after this, he asked me if it worked on Microsoft, so I told him that I did not know and He did not inform me that he wanted to try the account with the card first anyway After that, he asked me about the price. I told him $70. Then he told me that he would pay $50 and he would ask his partner. I told him my latest price was $60. He agreed to this and I told him to confirm the order via cracked dm messages. After I sent him a confirmation message, he changed his words that he would not pay unless account worked on Microsoft "https://ibb.co/SV4n9sz" So I told him that I don't care if the account works on Microsoft or not, and if you agrees, lmk. So I was shocked by his response that I was low quality Egyptian. Now he says that I was the one who wasted his time, yet he is the one who wasted my time regarding the account details - the card - the monthly and daily minimum and maximum limits.

3- I never spoke to @Moth and i shocked by his neg rep

4- You can download the telda application yourself and try creating an account. There is a time you must wait until it is your turn to receive the card. So I was going to buy a gold card to skip the wait and create the account quickly. It would have taken exactly 2 hours and a bus ride to go to the place to receive the card. All of these expenses.
so who is trying to waste others time

5- this neg rep destroyed my work and all customers now scare to dealing with me Because of their words
