Well,
You can +/- Rep 2 People /day
But you can change every single Rep you ever gave instantly, without cooldown, it isnt limited to 2 Users, i can change all my rep ive ever given now in 5 min
Then if you change someones Rep, where you already gave a rep - so modify the already given rep, then it resets your cooldown for giving rep to a new user and you need to wait 24h to give new rep
Should it not be all limited or be 2 different cooldowns?
This can be then "abused"

AND i have a problemo with an user, https://cracked.sh/ObeseAlbert when i view any of his threads i cant see his likes, i can only see it when im on his profile
You give 2 People your rep and change everyones rep
