Remove notification symbol when clicked

It's always satisfying seeing a notification symbol on this website, but I'd like the red notification number to disappear once I've clicked the bell icon.

It's kind of annoying having to delete all my alerts, or click on each individual one to get rid of it.

Also, maybe add a scrollbar to the alerts modal so we can see more of the notifications we have.
