Remove hCaptcha from Cloudflare and add ReCaptcha

It's a nightmare for:
- free VPNs
- paid VPNs
- TOR (any nodes)

Takes even 30 minutes to be able to enter cracked if it's under attack.
Just add ReCaptcha back instead of hCaptcha, it's a lot better.

You would help multiple sellers and people here that respect their privacy & opsec.
Most of the people are forced to use their own ips to bypass hcaptcha.

recaptcha is shit for privacy so I'd advocate for keeping hCaptcha.
