Remove Signature Space from banned members.

A perfect example for this is @Vectonsid, he still has @GregTP's signature & he has been banned for scamming. If people doesn't know it, they will be numerous scams.


Note: Vecton cannot remove it since Greg purchased it via cracked.to directly.
