They can't always be bad. but you can report and have the rep removed

If its going to be implemented then why only -rep of banned member to be removed ? it can be +rep too

now many will not agree with it coz its +rep and if +rep of banned members from yours profile going to be removed. People will lose reps

Rep System needs rework now.

also even is someone is banned , there opinion would still matter for those who deals after checking the profile (everyone)
like u got a deal for me imma check your profile/reps first and if like 10 people neg repped u calling skemmer , bad in deals or some sorta thing 
i wont deal with u or maybe will have 2nd thoughts on it even if the ones who neg repped are banned from the forum
