You can buy credits for a tool called DC-Unlocker (or a other tool called HCU-Client that's for more newer locked phones) The DC tool can by some dark magic capabilities (As you can read. The tool is not open-sourced) find and show you the bootloader Unlock code that is stored on the phone (I think). I have atleast used the tool before on a Huawei phone paid around 8 euros for it to find the code.
