You need atleast python 3.6



Install first

pip install telegram
pip install hurry.filesize

1. Create bot ( chat botfather)  and save your token
detail here : https://core.telegram.org/bots#6-botfather

2. After that add your bot into channel or group that you want.

3. Get chat id , open this link on browser, https://api.telegram.org/bot<YourBOTToken>/getUpdate

and you're done.
