The strategy is so simple, and many people are doing it, and I already did it myself in the past, like one year ago, when I had nothing. first, you need to look for a bulk account shop. (You can use my shop if you want to. I offer very low prices compare to other shops), buy at very low prices many accounts, then resell them online ( shoppy , sellix , Facebook , telegram, discord )  with free ads or paid ones if u have a budget and what u need to do is give your customers a warranty, for example, you bought x100 Netflix premium accounts for 0.07$ each resell them for 2$ each with a 1-month warranty that way you can guarantee your self profit when I used to do this I got asked very little for replacements most customer asked me for replacement was 6 times and I still profited you can do this with any product and have a very big shop with small investments 
you can even sell locally to your classmates if u a student or to your friends

There is many telegram/discord market places, and u can advertise in cracked marketplace even on Facebook, creat page account and pay Facebook ads and target your country
