Can you give more details about building cookies. For example you want to create account on instagram how will instagram know your cookie profile and web activity? Do you think they use some 3rd party services that report to them your web activity ? smh like Akamai You gave very solid advices and practical. Thanks

Hi, yes they do. They cross check with a lot of webservices. You can check which ones with https://www.ghostery.com/whotracksme. Browser these website to build trust with instagram. Regarding Akamai you need to block it.
