If I create a new amazon account now with a new phone new address new debit card and I attempt a FTID will it work ?

If yes what would be the limit ? Do you think I need a proxy when creating?

The idea here is to do unlimited refundings for myself... Thanks !

of course they have their security layers to prevent that. they may check your device name & serial number, your GPS location, Your IP address, your google account (if you didn't sign out from) and more.
but if you consider all these, it may work.
