Refund service SAFE.?

I'm starting to get interested in the refund services that are out there, but this question can't get out of my head "Is it safe "(false refund (Return fraud)) in some way or not, like what the worst thing can happen if something goes wrong, 

and what Safety measures should we/i take when buying (before & after ) and going for refund/refund services.

I have made a similar question in another thread from someone who was talking about refunding being good, my worry is always about the address i would like to not show my face in any part of the process haha also was asking if refunding service is able in a country where refunds are not possible, refunding can be done buying from another country ? so many questions...

Depends who you refund with, if you choose a reliable refunder with reputation [ like myself   ] you will not face any problems, be it with law enforcement or your local delivery driver.
Bottom line is just be careful who you choose and good luck!
