Additional Information: Proxies are too slow and their proxy service keeps going down so this does not work for my purpose requested refund they have accepted to give me refund but take very long to reply each time and keep telling me to wait for abide and this abide person does not ever reply... There is no fix for me and I would like to get a refund.

As mentioned in your ticked we asked you to give us some more time so the other Owner can try fixing your issue and making your peoxies better for your purpose and then if the issue still appears we will initiate refund , i also find it funny not waiting for us to give you trail first but instead of that you decided by your own to purchase the proxies , another thing is you didn't even read our TOS on the website , maybe if you read it you will think before you purchase

I don't think i need to mention we don't offer refund for proxies but i will because the guy clearly didn't read the TOS before purchasing

Dear Moderators and Administrators , in my opinion the report against the service isn't valid because the user failed to read the terms of condition before purchasing and trails was even offered before but he was impatient and did purchase . After all i am just a member on this community so the final decision is in your guys hands

Abide sent me replacement proxies and said if it doesn't work he will refund I tested again and it doesn't work

You can not promise a refund and say the proxies don't work to then disagree to refunding... You sold me a service that was not as described the proxies should be high quality and fast enough to work for my purposes these proxies ping is very slow and I would like a refund as you promised.

You promised refund and sent replacement proxies to fit my purpose that still does not work and lack of proper service no communication and false promises.

Quality of proxies are terrible unconnectable... I've used multiple proxies and by far this has been the worst connection and you're now making this the worst service possible for me as well with the way you're treating me, you can not change your mind because I opened a scam report.
