Additional Information: i was his reqular customer but today i purchased dc proxies for one more month afterwards i saw its not working on my selenium target so i wrote to him and he said we changed proxies i asked him to change it to old one which i was using 2 days ago, he said he can't change it and he can't refund money because its not working for me.

User bought proxies after we stated we changed to now self hosted proxies. he wants a refund beacuse its not working on 1 of his targets even tho the proxy its self works

@EINF369 He does not have to give you a refund. This is because you bought proxies. Proxies work for all different targets can be used more than once not just on your target. Therefore, I will not make him refund. This is because you can still use the proxy on other targets and you can still use it.
