Q: What are nitro claims?
A: Nitro claims is Discord Nitro but sniped on your account. Generous people drop nitro gift codes in random discord guilds and we have snipers that put these gifts into your account, this means we also need your discord account token. (We do not have control which nitro you receive, it is completely random.).
Q: How does the queue work?
A: For the nitro claims, there is a Queue. This means that who is in the first position is the one that's going to get the nitro. Our queue rotates every claim, meaning that when you get a claim, if you still have some claims pending, you will get moved to the last position of the queue. Do NOT abuse the queue to have more positions in it! It's unfair and you will get warned if you do it, then banned. There is no ETA for when you are going to get your claim, but we are working on improving the claims very often.
Q: How do I get my Token?

Q: Does my token change and what do I do if it does?
A: Your token can change, usually when you modify your account details (password, email, etc), or login/logout. If your token changes, the bot will detect that (it checks the top 20 in the queue) and refund your credits back to your bank account.
Q: How do I buy credits?
A: You can buy credits by going here. Prices are: 1 credit per claim & 3 credits per guaranteed boost claim.
Q: I have a key, what do I do with it?
A: If you have a key to redeem for credits, use the /redeem key command, it will add the credits to your bank.
Q: What is "Guaranteed Boost" and how does it work?
A: "Guaranteed Boost" is a feature that lets you have more retries at getting a "Boost" nitro, a Nitro where you can do Server-Boosts, or the most expensive one at the moment. For this, you'd be spending 3 credits instead of 1 credit per claim, BUT pay attention to this: you have 5 lucky tries to get a boost. Example: you bought one "guaranteed boost" nitro claim, and it's your turn in the queue, but you get 4 basics. In that case, you are still in the queue for a 5th try, which is your last try for that claim. It can be a boost, or not a boost, in any case it'll count. You may consider using this feature because of the ratio 3 credits to 5 tries!
