I've been searching to get these database files and it's been quite a hassle. If someone could send me a link to this one free of charge I'd be grateful.
File structure should match accordingly:
MyFitnessPal
└── Data
└── myfitnesspal.txt 4.3GB(?)
Sample from the incomplete file:
