Screenshots of Communication: I try and add him on discord and the link is broken. I sent him messages on here and no response.
Additional Information: Paid him for an account 10/11/2021. Messaged the user on Telegram and he deleted the chat. Tried Discord, can't find name.
Crypto address for a refund: I paid using my PayPal.
