Question regarding Refund LIT Amazon

Whats up, so ordered a laptop (900$) 2 weeks ago on amazon and paid a boxer to do LIT for me,
i now want to hit up amazon customer support to ask that after 2 weeks i wonder where my refund is,


will they ask me for a drop off receipt? Or do i not have to worry about that?
