Does this mean that, if I give a person with no rank an item for free they can vouch for my marketplace thread?

Anyone can leave a vouch. Vouch copy is a free taste of your service in exchange of receiving a vouch from the user, you can give vouch copy to anyone with any rank. But only users with godlike and heaven can ask for it, you can still give it to anyone but for example Premium user can't comment with VC available (atleast he shouldn't)
