i m not sure if this is the right place for this question but anyway...
I wanted to ask what if you have enabled 2fa and in the feature you loose access to the authenticator app that provides you the code or you can't access anymore the 2fa code.
Will you be able to access the site like with the help of staffs if you manage to prove that the account is yours or you will loose the account forever.

In some websites, they provide you with backup codes if u get locked up. But if they dont provide such things u need to contact there support team and ask to help you.

Staff will assist in these situations, but there is no guarantee that you will get the account back. I can't find the thread where it was discussed, but you need to be able to provide some serious proof that the account is yours.
