Question: Do refunders really have 'special and secret' methods? Or just DNA or EB?

Hello everybody,

I wondered if one of you knows if refunders really have special methods or that they just use the did not arrive or empty box method.

I don't mind paying for a special method, but the two mentioned above are so easy I can do them myself.

A while ago I refunded with a refunding service and they claimed to have a special method but it just came to the empty box method.

most of the refunders use the common methods.
all they have is experience to know what to say in each situation.
i like to use refunder for higher amounts of money, like 1k and up.
but for amounts like 200€ its easy to get the refund done by yourself :)
