If I don't have the full amount of the item can the refunding seller pay for it ?

I want to buy iphone that costs 1100$, fees are 110$ (10%). Can I pay the refunding seller 110$ If I can't cover the 1100$ and he do all the process ?

Are there any sellers on this forum to offer services where I just pay the fees ?

In short you're too fucking poor to pay for the item you want to refund. That means you choose a cheaper item or wait untill you can afford your original product. If you have an aged paypal account that can receive payments lmk, i'll buy it off you.

First of all, If I'll buy from a refunding service I'd rather pick up someone with few reputations or at least from a respectfull guy . And also I prefer to pick someone with an average IQ level, If I am not short of money why would I contact refunder ?
