Can i claim a domain which is named by my company but purchased by someone else?

actually, he was supposed to buy for his client. instead of that, he bought it and showing that it's unavailable now and needs to pay more. 

any way?

Define "named by your company" , do you mean the domain has the same name as your company ?
if a domain has been purchased , it can only be purchased once enless you offer to purchase the domain from the person who bought it in the first place and they would have to accept your offer

Define "named by your company" , do you mean the domain has the same name as your company ?
if a domain has been purchased , it can only be purchased once enless you offer to purchase the domain from the person who bought it in the first place and they would have to accept your offer

yes, i mean same as my one. 

nvm, got some idea thou. Without making trademark there is no other way to reclaim that thing.
