Im trying figure out what is the best place to sell refunded electronic without giving some self info.
I heard fb marketplace is good but i cant find fb acc seller.

Is it better to sell them packaged? Or open it and check them before selling?

ebay might be the way, you could try to get an ebay account for you, verified and shit.
